I've informed the customer that the roof replacement estimate includes: Complete tear off of the old roof, synthetic underlayment, and only two sheets of decking(if needed). Homeowner will be responsible for any additional repairs, such as: Additional decking (more than two sheets), the removal of extra layers of underlayment, siding repairs, gutter replacements, etc.

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 2pm-6pm, any requests made outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
